Yes, we will refund your deposit. Please note that we will charge a cleaning fee and we can discount in the event we need to fix any damage caused by you.
Can I use my security deposit for my last month of rent?
No, you could not use your deposit for your last month's rent.
What happens if my roommate wants to go, but I want to stay?
You must qualify without them.
Can I sublease?
No, you can´t sublease.
I want to move out. What are the steps to follow?
Please submit a written 30-day notice to your manager.
I have a problem with my apartment. Who should I call?
Contact your property manager for any problems in your apartment.
I lost my keys, what should I do?
If your keys are lost, stolen, or damaged you should contact your property manager.
When is my first month's rent due?
You must pay the first month of rent prior to moving in.
Where can I pay the rent?
First month’s rent may be paid via Zelle, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order. Once you move into the apartment, you will have access to our online payment portal and you can also pay with checks.
